What happens to our writing and embodied experience when we slow down and connect to our senses?

This is a journaling workshop that begins with a low-key tasting experience as a way of focusing, opening up and getting connected. Then Kelly, of Odette Press, will give us creative prompts for conversation, mindfulness meditation, and journaling, to ground down into the present moment. This workshop is a fun entry point to journaling for beginners and it's also a tasty way to awaken some new angles for those with an already seasoned journaling practice.

Salt of the Earth Edition
We've always wondered what the differences are between salts. Are some really saltier than others? It's time to find out. We'll conduct a totally unscientific tasting of salts and see what's what.

Date: Sunday, November 10
Time: 6:00-7:30 PM
Location: Cardinal Gift Shop

What to bring: A notebook and pen (if you have your own) or pick-up an Odette Press journal at the workshop.

What's included: Everything else! We'll have some paper and pens for anyone who needs them.

This workshop is for everyone, whatever their level of experience.
