Cardinal Gift Shop Shipping Policy

Packing and shipping for orders domestic and international are fulfilled in-house by the small team at Cardinal Gift Shop. We send out orders in the order that they are received. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination.
Our processing time before an order is shipped is usually between 3-5 business days. Our shipping policy states that the shipping time frames presented at checkout are representative of transit time and do not account for the time it takes us to pack and ship out orders.
For international orders, we ship worldwide with DHL Express Worldwide. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists for goods imported into the destination country. Payments of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Cardinal Gift Shop Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for orders placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please make sure that the items are well packed. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items are sold as-is and final sale. No refunds or store credit are available for the return of items marked down on our website.
Shipping a Return
To start an online return, email us at hellocardinalgiftshop@gmail.com. You'll need your receipt and order number. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return In-Person
Online orders may be returned in-person at our Cardinal Gift Shop store front in Fort Greene, Brooklyn within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. Here is our address:

Cardinal Gift Shop Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
