Paper & Silk Marbling

Learn to marble on paper and silk with Kelly Laughlin of Odette Press. We'll explore the creative and meditative practice of suminagashi or "floating/spilled ink". Characterized by delicate tendrils of inks and swirling organic patterns floating on the surface of water, you'll explore ink, breath, paper, and water to create a collection of marbled papers and a silk scarf to keep.
